Planning and Deployment of Edge Spoke Gateway

Before you deploy an Aviatrix Edge Gateway for on-premises on customer managed VMware ESXi and KVM, you must perform the prerequisite steps to download the Aviatrix Secure Edge image file from the Aviatrix Support Portal and ensure that you have sufficient resources to run the Edge Gateway.

The following topics describe the prerequisite steps and provide instructions for deploying a primary and secondary highly available (HA) Edge Spoke Gateways on self-managed VMware ESXi or an open-source Kernal-based Virtual Machine (KVM).
