UserVPN Diagnostics
Use the UserVPN Diagnostics tool in CoPilot to check a VPN gateway’s performance and connectivity.
On Diagnostics > Diagnostic Tools > UserVPN Diagnostics, the following options are available in the Tools list.

You can also run UserVPN diagnostics from CloudFabric > UserVPN.

In CoPilot, navigate to CloudFabric > UserVPN and select the VPN Gateways tab.

Select either the Default VPN or GeoVPN tab. Diagnostics are available for both gateway types.

Click Diagnostics.
You can also click the vertical ellipsis
next to a specific Default VPN or Geo VPN Gateway and select UserVPN Diagnostics.The UserVPN Diagnostics Tools window displays.
The tabs on the UserVPN Diagnostics Tools window allow you to run diagnostics on a VPN user, view session history, or check ELB (load balancer) status.
Diagnostics Tool
Use the Diagnostics tool to run diagnostics on a VPN user to check their connectivity and performance.

Navigate to Diagnostics > Diagnostic Tools > UserVPN Diagnostics.

Select Diagnostics in the left pane.

Enter the user’s name in the User’s Name field.

Click Run.
Session History Tool
Use the Session History tool to review specific VPN gateway sessions in more detail.

On the UserVPN Diagnostics Tools window, select Session History.

Use the fields at the top of the window to filter by User, Date, Destination IPs, or Gateways.

Click Run.
ELB Status Tool
Use the ELB Status tool to check on the status of load balancers within specific VPCs/VNets.

On the UserVPN Diagnostics Tools window, select ELB Status.

Select a VPC/VNet from the dropdown menu.

Click Run.
Review the load balancers, the VPN gateways that use each load balancer, and the status of each gateway below.
