Offboarding Kubernetes Clusters

The Kubernetes Clusters tab is only visible if Distributed Cloud Firewall is enabled, and you have also discovered your Kubernetes resources from the Discovery of Kubernetes Resources card on the Groups > Settings tab.

You can offboard Kubernetes clusters regardless of how they were onboarded.

To offboard a Kubernetes cluster:

  1. Click the remove icon next to a cluster and select Offboard.

  2. In the Offboard Cluster dialog, click Offboard to confirm that you want to offboard the cluster.

When you offboard a Kubernetes cluster:

  • The Controller disconnects from the cluster.

  • All resources from that cluster that were matched by a SmartGroup, will be removed from those SmartGroups.
