Resetting Distributed Cloud Firewall Traffic Count

You may want to reset the traffic count statistics for a rule, or rules within a ruleset, to see if new traffic is arriving.

Rules

On the Security > Distributed Cloud Firewall > Policy tab, you can:

  • Click the vertical ellipses 15 next to a rule and select Reset Traffic Count.

  • Select one or more rules in the ruleset and select Reset Traffic Count from the Actions menu.

Rulesets

The Distributed Cloud Firewall (DCF) Rulesets feature is only visible if you have upgraded to Controller 8.0.
  1. On the Security > Distributed Cloud Firewall > Policy tab, click Manage Rulesets.

  2. On the Manage Rulesets dialog, select one or more rulesets and select Reset Traffic Count from the Actions menu.

    This resets the traffic count for all rules within the ruleset.
