Manage Views of Cloud Assets

This page describes the Manage Views feature of the Cloud Assets section in CoPilot, which enhances usability and efficiency when working with cloud infrastructure data.

Overview

From Cloud Resources > Cloud Assets, you can now manage the views of your cloud assets, including:

  • Virtual Machines (VMs)

  • VPC/VNets

  • Kubernetes Clusters

The Manage Views feature allows you to create, save, and reuse customized table views to simplify asset monitoring and streamline repeated workflows.

View Management

You can configure and save custom views that include:

  • Selected columns

  • Applied filters

  • Column sorting

Saved views can be accessed and reapplied from a dropdown menu, enabling faster navigation and consistency across sessions.

Persist Column Filters

Filters applied to table columns now persist across page reloads and user sessions.

For example, if you filter VMs by Region = us-east-1, the filter remains active until manually changed or cleared, even after refreshing the page or navigating away.

Pin First Column During Horizontal Scrolling

The first column in the asset table is now pinned to remain visible during horizontal scrolling. This improves readability and maintains context, especially when working with wide tables.
