Manage Your CoPilot Index

From CoPilot UI > Settings > Resources > Index Management, you have comprehensive control over your indices, enabling actions such as deletion, filtering, searching, and downloading.

Delete Indices

Deleting indices may have adverse effects on data consistency. It is strongly advised to consult Aviatrix support for proper guidance before initiating any deletion operations.

To efficiently remove indices:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Resource > Index Management.

  2. Select the target indices from the listed index names.

  3. Click Delete Indices.

Filter Indices

For focused data retrieval, follow the steps below to filter the listed indices:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Resource > Index Management.

  2. Click the Index Name option to select all the listed indices.

  3. Click the filter icon to initiate the filtering process.

  4. Enter the filter conditions based on your requirements.

    • For example, if you want to filter indices containing "NetFlow," set the condition as "Index name contains NetFlow".

    • Optionally, click +Filter to add more filter conditions for a more refined search.

The filtered indices will then be displayed.

Customize the Displayed Columns of Indices

You can tailor the display of the indices by customizing columns:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Resource > Index Management.

  2. Click the column icon.

  3. Toggle on the columns that you want to display. You can also choose to hide or display all columns.

Search Indices

To efficiently find indices, you can use the search indices function:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Resource > Index Management.

  2. Enter relevant keywords in the search box.

Download Indices

You can download the selected indices as a CSV file:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Resource > Index Management.

  2. Select the target indices from the listed index names.

  3. Click the download icon. Then click Download as CSV. The selected indices will be downloaded as a CSV file.
