Traffic & Latencies Page Views Description

Traffic

Charts and tables showing total network traffic over the last 24 hours and traffic details by region, by VPC/VNet, by Aviatrix gateway, and by instance.

Latency Monitor

Charts showing the latencies for all connections to your Aviatrix gateways.

The following table summarizes the fields in the CoPilot > Traffic & Latencies > Traffic view.

Traffic View Fields Description

Total Network Traffic

Shows total traffic that passed through your Aviatrix-managed network over a 24-hour period for all regions, VPC/VNets, gateways, and instances.

Regions

Shows total traffic that passed through your Aviatrix-managed network over a 24-hour period by region.

VPC/VNets

Shows total traffic that passed through your Aviatrix-managed network over a 24-hour period by VPC/VNet/VNC.

Gateways

Shows total traffic that passed through your Aviatrix-managed network over a 24-hour period by region by gateways.

Instances

Shows total traffic that passed through your Aviatrix-managed network over a 24-hour period by instances.

In the Traffic view tables, click the name of a specific construct (region, VPC/VNet, Gateway, or Instance) for more traffic analysis and links to associated data for that construct in the Topology and FlowIQ pages.

Latency Monitor View Fields Description

Live page refresh

Updates the latency chart(s) every 15 seconds when enabled. When disabled, the page is refreshed every minute.

Date and time picker

Sets the timeframe for viewing historical latencies for links (connections) between managed resources.

Gateways

Specifies the gateway(s) in your infrastructure for which to show historical latency information. You can select all gateways or only specific gateways.

Latency charts

For each gateway, shows the latencies for all connections associated with it.

Hovering over a latency chart shows cross hairs that are synced across all visible charts for easy correlation between latencies.
