After you have onboarded your cloud account and your VPC/VNets in Aviatrix Cloud Network Platform-as-a-Service (Aviatrix PaaS), you can apply security to your VPC/VNets using the Distributed Cloud Firewall (DCF) workflow. Create SmartGroups, WebGroups, and DCF rules manually to protect your VPC/VNets. The Security > Distributed Cloud Firewall > Monitor tab shows logs related to your DCF rules.

Distributed Cloud Firewall Rules

On the Distributed Cloud Firewall > Rules tab, create DCF rules for access control. DCF enables network policy enforcement between SmartGroups, ExternalGroups, Countries, Threat Feeds, and WebGroups you define in a single cloud or across clouds.
