The Security > Distributed Cloud Firewall > Monitor tab displays all traffic logged by DCF rules that have logging enabled. On this tab, you can filter the packet logs to determine why a rule may not be working as intended. The table refreshes every 15 seconds, and you can also refresh the table manually. Aviatrix PaaS throttles the logs for each connection shown on the Monitor tab to one packet each minute in each direction.

Filtering Logs

To filter log information:
  1. Select a Time Period:
    • Last 7 Days
    • Last 30 Days
    • Last 90 Days
  2. Select one or more Rules.
  3. Click Apply.

Viewing L4 or L7 Logs

You can click the caret next to the drop-down directly above the Monitor tab table to select one of the following filter options:
  • All Logs
  • L4 Logs
  • L7 Logs
