Billing

This section provides the purpose, elements, and actions performed on the Billing pages.

View Billing Plan

To view billing plan details:

Go to Administration > Billing > Summary.
Click View Billing Plan.
The billing plan page appears with billing items, standard price per hour, and billed-to information.

The billing plan details display for the subscription.

Parameter Details

CoPilot Parameter Name	Description
Billing Item	Shows the billing item name.
Standard Price/Hr	Shows the standard price per hour for the billing item.
Billed To	Shows the entity or account billed to.

Purpose

Aviatrix Billing enables you to analyze the costs of your Aviatrix Network. The Summary view in Per Day mode shows daily billing usage for each item in your plan. Use it to see usage for a given month and the rate of consumption against your billing plan on a day-by-day basis.

Elements

Time Period: Dropdown to select time period.
Start: Date/time picker for start time.
End: Date/time picker for end time.
Subscription ID: Dropdown to select subscription ID.
View Billing Plan: Button to view billing plan details.
Per Day: Toggle to display billing data per day (selected in this view).
Cumulative: Toggle to switch to cumulative billing data.
Billing Items: Section displaying billing items with daily usage values.

Actions

View Billing Summary (Per Day)

To view the per-day billing summary:

Go to Administration > Billing > Summary.
Click Per Day.
Optionally, set Time Period, Start, End, and Subscription ID.

The billing summary displays daily usage for each billing item in the selected period and subscription.

Purpose

Aviatrix Billing enables you to analyze the costs of your Aviatrix Network. The Summary view in Cumulative mode shows running totals for each billing item over the selected period. Use it to track total consumption against your billing plan.

View Billing Summary (Cumulative)

To view the cumulative billing summary:

Go to Administration > Billing > Summary.
Click Cumulative.
Optionally, set Time Period, Start, End, and Subscription ID.

The billing summary displays cumulative usage totals for each billing item in the selected period and subscription.

Per Day
Cumulative

Purpose

The Usage Breakdown view in Per Day mode displays each billed item in your plan (such as Intra Tunnels, Inter Tunnels) as a daily graph. Use it to see day-by-day usage costs and compare monthly usage with prior periods.

Time Period: Dropdown to select time period.
Start: Date/time picker for start time.
End: Date/time picker for end time.
Subscription ID: Dropdown to select subscription ID.
Per Day: Toggle to display usage breakdown per day (selected in this view).
Cumulative: Toggle to switch to cumulative usage breakdown data.
Compare with: Dropdown to select comparison period for usage breakdown.

To view the per-day usage breakdown:

Go to Administration > Billing > Usage Breakdown.
Click Per Day.

The usage breakdown graph displays daily costs for each billed item in the selected period.

The Bill Breakdown view displays a billing list with Date, Usage, and Billed Amount columns and a Summary area. Use it to see daily usage and billed amounts, identify overages, and export or filter the data.

Subscription ID: Dropdown to select subscription ID.
Show filters: Button to show filters for the bill breakdown table.
Select columns: Button to select columns for the bill breakdown table.
Export: Export button to download bill breakdown data.
Search: Search box for filtering table content.

Actions

View Bill Breakdown

To view bill breakdown:

Go to Administration > Billing > Bill Breakdown.
The page appears with time controls, Subscription ID, table filters, and Export.
Optionally, set time range and subscription, use Show filters, Select columns, Export, or Search.

The bill breakdown table shows date, usage, and billed amount for the selected period.
