This section provides the purpose, elements, and actions performed on the Support pages.

Purpose

The Remote Access & Logs page manages remote support access for Aviatrix Virtual Machines, uploads log bundles to cloud storage, and displays recent log bundle activities.

Elements

Support: Remote Access & Logs
  • Aviatrix Virtual Machines: Table with Type, Instance Name, Public IP, Management IP, Remote Support (Enable), Log Bundle (Upload to Cloud, Download).
  • Upload Log Bundles button: Opens upload flow for log bundles.
  • Recent Activities: Table with Timestamp, Entity, Log Bundle Name; Refresh button.

Actions

To view remote access and logs:
  1. Go to Settings > Support > Remote Access & Logs.
  2. The page appears with the Aviatrix Virtual Machines table and Recent Activities. Use Remote Support (Enable) or Log Bundle menu (Upload to Cloud, Download) per row.
  3. Optionally, click Refresh to update Recent Activities.
The Remote Access & Logs page shows VMs and log bundle options.
To upload log bundles:
  1. Go to Settings > Support > Remote Access & Logs.
  2. Click Upload Log Bundles (or use the Log Bundle menu). Select gateways in the combobox.
  3. Click Upload to upload the log bundle for the selected gateways to cloud storage.
Log bundles are uploaded for the selected gateways.
