Monitoring the Costs of Aviatrix Resources

Aviatrix Billing enables you to analyze the costs of your Aviatrix Network.

If your Aviatrix billing is through a reseller, you will not have access to the Aviatrix Billing pages. Contact your reseller for a breakdown of your Aviatrix bill.

CoPilot updates the billing data shown in the Administration > Billing page every day. Typically, the update occurs 27 minutes after 0:00 UTC. If billing data is unavailable for some reason, CoPilot retries the update every 6 hours.

All monetary data is displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

To display data on this page, your CoPilot account must be subscribed to the correct Aviatrix License Service. See Required Marketplace Offers for descriptions of the required subscriptions for AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.

You access Aviatrix Billing in CoPilot by going to Administration > Billing or by typing Billing in the navigation search.

  • The Aviatrix Billing feature requires that your Controller use software version 6.8.1148 or later.

  • Only users who are logged in as an administrator, with the username "admin," or who are assigned access permissions for billing can view the Aviatrix Billing page.

  • Any timestamps on this page are in UTC time. This time zone is set because your account bill is cut off at midnight UTC.

  • If your Aviatrix billing is through a reseller, you will not have access to the Aviatrix Billing pages. Contact your reseller for a breakdown of your Aviatrix bill.

To assign permissions so a user can access Aviatrix Billing without having full admin access, go to Administration > User Access. For more information, see CoPilot User Access & Visibility.
