HP ProLiant DL360 (Aviatrix Edge Platform Host) Lifecycle
Aviatrix is declaring End-of-Life of the HP ProLiant DL360 Gen10 as an Aviatrix Edge Platform (AEP) host at its last qualified release, 7.2, with End-of-Support at release 8.1 (April 15, 2027). Existing deployments must migrate to the Dell PowerEdge R470.
Affected product. HP ProLiant DL360 Gen10 servers operating as Aviatrix Edge
Platform (AEP) hosts, including units originally deployed for CloudN and later
re-imaged to Aviatrix Edge Gateways.
End-of-Life (7.2). Because 7.2 is the last release in which the DL360 was
qualified, the hardware is End-of-Life as of the 7.2 lifecycle (EoL Oct 15,
2025). No further qualification is performed on this hardware for any later
release.
End-of-Support (8.1, Apr 15, 2027). Aviatrix will provide migration-only
support for existing DL360 Gen10 deployments through the End-of-Support of
release 8.1, April 15, 2027. After this date the DL360 is fully End-of-Support
as an AEP host.
Support scope between EoL and EoS. Migration assistance only. Releases after
7.2 are unvalidated on the DL360 and supported best-effort; no hardware-specific
fixes or patches are provided. Such issues are resolved by migrating to the Dell
R470.
Migration. Work with your Aviatrix Account team, with assistance from
Professional Services, to plan migration to the Dell PowerEdge R470, the current
qualified AEP hardware platform.
For more information, see the
Aviatrix EOL Policy.
The Dell R450 is now End-of-Sale. Existing Edge deployments on the Dell R450
will continue to be supported on currently released Aviatrix software versions
that have not been marked End-of-Life.
The HP ProLiant DL360 Gen10 (AEP host) is End-of-Life at the end of the
Aviatrix Controller 7.2 lifecycle (October 15, 2025) and End-of-Support at the
end of the 8.1 lifecycle (April 15, 2027). Existing DL360 deployments receive
migration-only support during this window. Contact your Aviatrix Account team
to plan migration to the Dell PowerEdge R470.
