Errors while Still on the Old CoPilot UI
When you encounter errors while still on the old CoPilot UI, you can:- Check the error message under Settings > Maintenance > Upgrade > CoPilot > Migrate to Appliance v3 (AWS) > View Progress.
- Address the issue based on the error message and rerun the migration.
- If the new CoPilot has already been deployed according to the progress log, delete the new CoPilot before rerunning the migration.
- If the same error persists, reach out to Aviatrix Support for further assistance.
Errors after Deploying the New CoPilot
When you receive error messages resemble any of the following:- “Controller API fails” error
- “Migration Failed During CoPilot Initialization” error
- “Restore CoPilot Data failed” error
”Session timeout” Error
If you receive a “Session timeout. Please log in again” error message on the login page of the CoPilot after migration:- Wait for 1-2 minutes.
- After the waiting period, attempt to log in to the new CoPilot again.
