You can resize your Aviatrix gateways to improve performance or save costs on your VPCs and VNets. Gateways can be resized in the Aviatrix PaaS console from Cloud Resources > Cloud Assets > VPC/VNets & Subnets. The following sizes are currently supported:
  • AWS: small, medium, large, and extra large
  • Azure: small, medium, and large
For more information about performance sizing, see Gateway Sizing Best Practices Guide. The VPC or VNet with which the gateway is associated must be onboarded to Aviatrix PaaS before resizing it. To resize a gateway on a VPC or VNet, do the following:
  1. Go to Cloud Resources > Cloud Assets > VPC/VNets & Subnets.
  2. Locate the VPC or VNet that contains the gateway you want to resize.
  3. Click Manage for that VPC/VNet and verify that the gateways listed are the ones you want to resize.
  4. Select the new Performance Size and click Save.
