# Route Tables

> View route tables by VPC and VNet in Aviatrix PaaS

The Aviatrix PaaS console provides a way to view route tables in your cloud
environment. You can use these route tables to view connections and to
troubleshoot network path issues.

There are two ways to view your network paths.

* You can see a consolidated view of all VPC/VNet routes associated with all
onboarded cloud accounts from *Cloud Resources > Cloud Routes*. For more
 information, see
 [Cloud Routes Route Table](/docs/cloud/platform-administration/manage/cloud-routes-vpc-route-table).
* You can also view routes for a specific VPC or VNet in your environment from
*Cloud Resources > Cloud Assets > VPC/VNets & Subnets*. For more information,
 see View VPC/VNet Route Tables.

## View VPC/VNet Route Tables

You can view details about network paths associated with a VPC or VNet from
*Cloud Resources > Cloud Assets > VPC/VNets & Subnets*. This information can
help you troubleshoot connectivity issues.

To view route tables by VPC or VNet, do the following:

1. Go to *Cloud Resources > Cloud Assets > VPC/VNets & Subnets*.
2. Locate the VPC or VNet you want and click the link in the *Name* column.
3. On VPC/VNet Route Table, you can view the route table name and ID, and
details about the routes listed in the route table.

The following details are available in the VPC/VNet Route Table:

| Field or Column | Description |
| - | - |
| Route Table | The name of the route table associated with the selected VPC or VNet. If more than one route table is available, you can switch between them. |
| Route Table ID | The ID of the route table, which can be the same as the name. |

| Route | The destination IP address of the route. |
| Target | The resource to which traffic is directed. |
| Target Type |
The type can be any of the following:

**AWS types:**

Carrier Gateway

Core Network

Gateway

Internet Gateway (Egress only)

Instance

Local Gateway

NAT Gateway

Network Interface

Transit Gateway

VPC Peering Connection

**Azure types:**

Internet

Virtual Appliance

Virtual Network Gateway

VNet Local

Azure None

**Other types:**

Unspecified

|
